How to become a Businessman

I have always dream to become a businessman since childhood. I noticed that businessmen usually live more prosperous lives compared to job holders.

Before the creation of Pakistan, my family lived in Ludhiana, India. My great-grandfather had his own business there. But when the partition of India and Pakistan happened, my grandfather had to migrate to Pakistan. Starting life from zero was not easy, yet my grandfather rebuilt his business with his own hands. At that time, there were very few opportunities. He would spend whole nights weaving khadi and making twin sheets, and in the morning he placed them on his bicycle and went door-to-door to sell them.

Whatever money he earned during the day, he used it to buy food in the evening so his children and family could eat. Despite his struggles, he still saved some money for the education of his children, because he wanted them to study and live a better life. He always wished that his children should not have to roam the streets selling products like he did, but instead grow the business with education and skills

.

Later, my father chose a different path. After getting an education, he decided to do a job instead of business. At that time, jobs were not common, but those who got one were considered very lucky. My father worked hard in his job and raised us well.

However, as I grew up, I began to notice a big difference: job holders often remained worried and financially limited, while business people had more freedom and prosperity. In a job, after a full month of effort, you only get a fixed salary. But the real value created by workers with their skills, passion, and time often benefits the businessman, not the worker. I felt that the original worth of that effort was never given to the person who truly created it.

These thoughts shaped my vision. I started asking myself: How can I help hardworking people, especially those who make handmade products, so they can sell their precious work across the whole country while sitting at home?

With this mission, I discussed the idea with some of my friends and brothers. Together, we formed a team. After almost four years of continuous hard work, we built an e-commerce platform called Pluto Pakistan.

Pluto Pakistan is designed for everyone who creates handmade products—the true diamonds of our culture. Here, they can sell their work anywhere in Pakistan, at a price they decide themselves.

In today’s era, many women are starting small businesses, but most platforms charge them heavily or provide limited opportunities. Pluto Pakistan aims to become a strong support system for these women, helping them grow their businesses with dignity. At the same time, we want to preserve and promote Pakistan’s culture by showcasing handmade products that represent the unique identity of every province.

In short, Pluto Pakistan welcomes all hardworking and talented people who create anything handmade. We deeply respect these hands, and we promise that through Pluto Pakistan, they will receive the true value of their hard work.

So, don’t wait—sign up today and let your handmade diamonds shine across Pakistan.
