Pluto Verse built the Pluto app and website as a Free App This SERVICE is provided by Pluto Verse at no cost and is intended for use as it is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information. If anyone decides to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information about this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use:
For a better experience, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information while using our Service. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.
The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.
Service Providers:
We may employ third-party companies and individuals for the following reasons;
- To facilitate our Service;
- To provide the Service on our behalf;
- To perform Service-related services; or
- To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
We want to inform users of this Service that these third parties have access to their Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

We value your trust in providing us with your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Account Suspension & Penalties
Offenses that can lead to SUSPENSION, DOWN GRADATION, PENALTIES, OR PERMANENT SUSPENSION of the seller shop include, but are not limited to, the following;
a.High rate of return on products.
b. Lack of respect for packaging guidelines.
c. Cancellations and orders out of stock.
d. Slow fulfillment of orders.
e. Selling counterfeit and illegal Products.
f. Issues reported by clients or poor feedback of store.
Advertisements on the Service:
PLUTO or its selected business partners may advertise to you through the Service or by other methods such as email or any selected social media. This advertising may be based on your User Content or other information available through the Service. When delivering advertising we will only use information that identifies you as set out in our Privacy Policy.
COMMISSIONS:
Commissions are calculated on the gross amount of the product.
PLUTO will deduct the commission at the time of making payouts to the Seller upon the sale of the product. Payment terms and conditions are defined in the Payment Policy.
PLUTO reserves the right to change the structure of the percentage of commission rate before 15 days’ notice and to the sellers upon completion of 15 days payouts for 1st seven days shell be released this will be the continuous structure of payments .Notice can be provided digitally or physically.
1. Marketing Requirement:
It is mandatory for every vendor to spend at least PKR 5,000 on paid marketing for their products every month. This promotion is essential to ensure that your products reach a wider audience and increase visibility on Pluto's platform.
2. Support for Marketing:
If a vendor is unable to manage paid marketing or lacks the knowledge to run ads, Pluto's marketing team will provide free-of-cost services to manage and run your ads. However, all costs associated with paid promotions, such as Meta Ads expenses, must be borne by the vendor.
3. Product Visibility:
If a vendor does not invest in paid marketing, their products will still appear on Pluto's platform but will not be displayed on the first page. This could reduce visibility and impact sales potential.
4. Free Marketing Services:
Pluto does not charge any service fees for managing your ads. The only cost vendors need to pay is for the paid promotions themselves, which are required for Meta Ads campaigns.
Conflict Resolution;
PLUTO QC team conducts a thorough investigation upon the claim raised by the customer if the reason for the return is as listed per the return & exchange policy seller will bear all the back shipping & transaction costs.
In the case of returned products, PLUTO protects the Seller by conducting a detailed discussion with the buyer and will collect video and picture proofs regarding the product quality, with the acknowledgment of the seller PLUTO QC team to determine the validity of the Customer’s return claim. If the quality control identifies the customer’s return claim as invalid grounds, for whatever reason, the claim will be reverted and the product will not be picked up from the buyer.
DATA COLLECTION FROM SELLER:
We collect your data when you register to PLUTO as a user or business. We use your data so that you can use the Service and, from time to time, we may use your data to comply with our legal obligations or for other legitimate reasons. There may also be times when we ask for your consent to use your data. PLUTO collects data from you when you use our platform or when you provide it to us, for example when you:
a. Register to use the platform.
b. List an item for sale or sell or buy an item.
c. View, like, save, search for, or comment on an item, or communicate with other users.
d. Instant messages between seller and buyer.
e. Sign up for our marketing emails and push notifications.
f. At order fulfillment and delivery.
g. Complete a form or survey.
h. Enter a competition or take part in a promotion.
We may also collect and use your data if we:
- Are legally required.
- Have your consent.
- Have a legitimate reason to do so in a way that might reasonably be expected as part of running our business (known as a legitimate interest), as long as your interests and fundamental rights do not take priority over our legitimate reasons.
- We collect your content, which may feature images containing your data when you voluntarily submit it to us when using the platform. We may use your content and/or images in our online and offline marketing campaigns, which may be conducted via third parties on our behalf.
In-App Messages, Comments, and Item Descriptions;
If you send in-app messages or comments or provide item descriptions, we may access, store, and review these:
a. To help with fulfilling an order made via our Service.
b. To respond to issues, concerns, queries, or disputes raised by users and to resolve disputes.
Discount Policy;
Seller is required to give discounts on occasions like Eid, Independence, New Year, 11-11, Defense Day, and other public occasions. PLUTO will also contribute to discounts to increase discount percentages.
INDEMNIFICATION:
Packaging will be made by the seller. The seller will pack the product in Pluto’s Branded flyer which is waterproof. In case the parcel is opened before delivery then the seller will be responsible for the defect or damage to the product.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
The Seller ensures that the product is imported, manufactured, produced, sale, distribution, and use of the Products do not infringe directly or indirectly any Intellectual Property.
The Seller ensures to PLUTO that it is not aware of any claims made by any third party with regards to any alleged or actual patent, copyright, trade secret, trademark, trade name, or other intellectual property right infringement or another claim, demand or action resulting from the manufacture, sale, distribution or use of the Products.
Misleading Information;
All Sellers are required to provide complete and accurate information when uploading products. This includes but may not be limited to:
• Accurate information on product color, fabric, sizing, and variation
• Correct details of what’s in the box and what will be packing type.
• Accurate product weight information just for the PLUTO use
You may select "No Brand" if the product is local and has no specific brand. If the product is branded, you must add the brand.
SELLER OBLIGATIONS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE:
PLUTO may forward questions or complaints received by PLUTO’s Customer support department regarding any sold product(s) to the Seller or in-process delivery item. The Seller shall be obliged to respond to PLUTO on all such questions or complaints within 24-36 hours of the receipt of such questions or complaints.
On receiving the Seller’s response to any question or complaint, PLUTO shall promptly forward the response to the Customer.
If a Seller fails to respond to any question or complaint within seventy-two (72) hours of receiving the same, the Seller or any of its Products may be de-listed from the Platform without further notice.
PACKAGING GUIDELINES:
All sellers that are registered with PLUTO must pack their orders in PLUTO-branded packaging material.
Sellers will follow PLUTO packaging guidelines to ensure that the customers receive their orders in proper standardized packaging.
Seller is allowed to use their own branded packaging material. However, the seller is legally obligated to use the PLUTO flyer as the final packaging material.
In case of damage due to improper packing PLUTO or the 3rd party services Provider Company will not be liable for any damages.
Parcel / Order lost;
In case a Seller’s Product is lost by PLUTO and/or 3rd party during transit or handling, PLUTO will reimburse the Seller for the Product on cost value.
PAYMENT POLICY:
PLUTO reserves the right on behalf of the seller to receive, process, and disperse payments.
1. Payment Processing and Disbursement:
PLUTO reserves the right to receive, process, and disperse payments on behalf of the seller. Upon receiving payment from the customer, PLUTO will deduct its commission and any applicable fees before disbursing the remaining amount to the seller.
2. Payment Withdrawal Process:
Sellers' payments will be transferred to their registered bank accounts within fifteen (15) days after the order has been fulfilled. The amount of each order will be disbursed within this time frame.
3. Payment Hold in Case of Issues:
If there is an issue with the order or a claim is raised by the customer, the payment will be held until the issue is resolved. Once the issue is resolved, the payment will be transferred to the seller’s bank account within fifteen (15) days.
4. Payment Transparency:
All payment-related details, including the amounts for each order, are highly transparent. Sellers can check the details of each order through their PLUTO Wallet, ensuring full visibility of their earnings.
5. Seller’s Responsibility for Accurate Bank Details:
The seller agrees that PLUTO shall not be held liable for any failure to process payments due to incomplete or inaccurate bank account information provided by the seller.
PR Gifting
PLUTO will be collaborating with a lot of bloggers/influencers on social media and will request sellers to send gifts for PR activity at least once a month or whenever required. Pluto will deliver the PR free of cost.
Your Product Listings/Featuring;
Listing the product on their online shops will be the sole duty of the seller itself. During the uploading seller has to provide the correct “Required Product Information”.
PLUTO can Delist any product uploaded by the seller if it’s against any policy of PLUTO.
Requirements for Registration;
To complete the Signup Process, the vendor has to register themselves in the category of Business to the customer and the following is the required information for completing the signup process.
• Business name
• Business Contact person
• CNIC
• Operational Bank account
• Valid Pick-up address
• Operational Contact Number
• Valid Email Address
The Seller is responsible for maintaining up-to-date information, including address and bank account number. PLUTO is not responsible for any liability arising from incorrect information supplied by the Seller.
After the successful signup process seller will set up their shop at PLUTO by uploading their products. The pictures of the product should be according to the image policy of PLUTO. Ensure your shop content, such as any text or product photos used to represent yourself or your product, your shop, or your listings, abide by PLUTO’s policies.
RETURN AND REPLACEMENT:
The Seller agrees that a customer may cancel an order for any Product in any category before it has been shipped to the Customer.
The Seller authorizes PLUTO to provide the Customer with a refund where the Customer has pre-paid for the Product and he/she cancels the order before it has been shipped or the Product is rejected and/or the Product is returned.
The seller will accept the return packages for the following reason

Given that the Product was shipped to the Customer from the seller and the Customer requests a replacement, the PLUTO authorizes the seller to send a replacement Product to the Customer.
The seller will be billed for the cost of shipping the replacement Product to the Customer only if the return claim is valid. In case the customer wants a replacement in the return claim the invalid customer will be billed for the cost of shipping.
The Seller agrees to be bound by and act by the Return Policy. To the extent that there is any conflict between the Return Policy, the Return Policy shall prevail.
SELLER INFORMATION:
Sellers are not allowed to share their contact details anywhere in the SKU i-e in SKU images with personal contact details of the seller, contact number in product title, highlights, or description.
Seller Performance;
PLUTO measures Seller performance on an ongoing basis and will share a monthly performance report with the respective Seller
PLUTO will rank the Seller based on performance on the base of following criteria as follow:
- a. Seller Order Cancellation Rate
% orders canceled by the seller, Customer, or PLUTO because of a delay from the Seller. - b. Quality Issue Rate
The new Quality Issue Rate is a seller's performance based on his returns (because of seller’s fault such as wrong item, wrong size, damaged items, missing items, & wrong color), product ratings & buyer complaints for all delivered orders. - c. % Processing Time
Several orders shipped within two days against all orders received. - d. Response Rate
PLUTO may, at any time, delist, downgrade, or upgrade the Seller shop depending on commercial and operational performance without any prior intimation or notice to the Seller.
SHIPPING AND ORDER FULFILMENT:
Seller shall remain the sole and undisputed owner of the sold Product(s) until it is successfully delivered to the Customer, at which point title and ownership shall be transferred to the Customer. In case any Product is returned or rejected by a Customer, the title and ownership of the Product shall, immediately upon return or rejection, revert to the Seller who shall be the sole and undisputed owner of the Product.
Seller shall solely be responsible for the dispatch and delivery of any sold Product(s) to the Customer by the rules of packaging and shipping as contained within this agreement and relevant Platform Policies.
Shipping;
Seller will be obligated to ship their product with the PLUTO’s appointed 3rd party service provider.
Shipping charges are to be deducted by PLUTO at the time of disbursement of payment to the seller upon the sale of the product.
The seller is obligated to fill in the correct weight, packaging, and estimated order fulfillment time for your product at the time of uploading or featuring the product on the PLUTO platform.
Following is the procedure the seller has followed for shipping through PLUTO.
a. Upon the order confirmation of the order by the customer notification will trigger in the order section of the seller’s dashboard.
b. Upon the order fulfillment, the seller will request and download a postage label at the order section of the seller’s dashboard.
c. The seller has to print the postage label and paste it on the front side of the packed courier shipment.
d. Upon the printing of the postage label designated courier party will launch a confirmation call to the seller directly in 24 hours. The seller is obligated to confirm the pickup in case of failure to do so shipping process will be suspended by PLUTO.
e. Upon the confirmation by the seller next working day courier package will be collected from the pick address of the seller
f. Neither the 3PL nor PLUTO shall be liable for any loss including but not limited to taxes and duties levied on the consignment arising due to confiscation of shipments by any government agencies due to lack of proper documents.
Complete packing must be as per packing guidelines.
TERMINATION & DURATION:
This agreement remains valid for one year extendable by tacit agreement until one of the parties terminates it.
If at any time Seller decides that he/she can no longer agree to these Terms of Agreement you must immediately stop using the Platform.
The Seller may terminate this agreement using thirty (30) Days’ notice by emailing close@PLUTO.pk and the Seller account will be deactivated after clearance of financial outstanding from PLUTO or from the Seller to either party.
Amendments;
It is also the right of PLUTO to change the terms of use whenever needed. Whenever you make an order at PLUTO, that order will follow and observe the normal conditions described at that time. Make sure you visit the web page regularly to keep updated about the changed policies and procedures.

Delivery and Cancellations:
We are proud to say that we deliver in every part of the country. We have been assisted by express courier services to be able to deliver everywhere in Pakistan. You can return the goods shipped to you or terminate acquisitions by contacting the client support services, which you can easily find on the website. Make sure you send the courier within seven days of delivery; otherwise, it will not be accepted. It is also vital to have all the items packed and sent in the same condition you received them.
If you feel that your shipment has been delayed and you do not want to receive the order, you cannot just terminate the order without being liable for it. When the shipment has been sent, the buyer will receive the order. There won’t be a cancellation until you inform PLUTO by phone or email. If your product has been stopped, PLUTO has the right to end the order and reimburse the remaining amount. You will be informed about any remaining items or products you can replace.
Exchange Policy
Exchange is as easy as Shopping with PLUTO
We at PLUTO want to be sure that our customers are always happy and satisfied. No matter what, we choose to bring comfort to our lives. The PLUTO is constantly looking for novel ways to introduce something unique to cater to the increasing needs of our valued customers. We strive to provide every order with perfection, every detail meeting the client’s preferences and delivered on time. However, despite this, there are still times the customers are not happy
We have a perfect replace and exchange policy to address this issue. If you have chosen to go for a replacement, we can help you! However, there are certain conditions you can be considered to get a replacement. Some of them include:
• You did not get a product matching your order, the product is not as a picture or as described, due to our mistake.
• You mistakenly ordered a product that had a defect and it has been delivered.
NOTE:
change of mind does not apply to the exchange policy.
Here are some more facilities for the replacement/exchange of products offered by PLUTO.
1. Return Within 7 Days:
If you have identified the defect or wrong product, it is recommended to hurry up! There is a total duration of seven days after delivery to inform us about the replacement/exchange.
2. Send Back Your Order:
You can return the order and let us know via email to csr@PLUTO.pk, describing your order ID. Make sure you send the courier within 07 days of delivery.
3. Return Charges
The courier to return the product is going to be paid by the seller.
WHAT YOU SHOULD TAKE CARE OF BEFORE RETURN:
Before you return the items, make sure they are undamaged and not used at all. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for exchange.
Send the product with original product packaging, warranty cards, documentation, manufacturer’s containers, manuals, and everything you received with the order. Make sure nothing is marked or defaced in the list of items provided.
Return / Refund:
We do not offer returns/refunds. We do not offer a money-back guarantee on any purchase. And we will not entertain any return/refund query.
Please note damage does not include any issue with the product about the style/design of the product. Bleeding and rubbing of dyes is not a defect. Similarly, minor stitching issues may occur even after rigorous quality checks. This may happen during the packing process & will not be considered as a defect.
PLUTO CLOSET:
PLUTO will provide an Inspection of the product ordered.
After the seller receives the order, he/she will dispatch the product to our Headquarters and we have a professional quality audit team. The product will get inspected as per described quality and if some flaws are not mentioned in the description then PLUTO will send it back to the seller, otherwise, PLUTO will dispatch it to the buyer.
There is no claim in PLUTO Closet as PLUTO is inspecting the product by itself.
OUR CONTRACT:
You will always receive an email for acknowledgment of your order whenever you place one. You should be aware that this email is only for acknowledgment of the order and does not mean acceptance.
The contract between you and PLUTO is not established unless you receive a confirmation by e-mail that the goods and products you ordered have been mailed to you. The goods mentioned in the email are part of the buying/selling contract only.
PAYMENT:

When we receive your order, we do conduct a regular check for authorization and if you prefer to pay by cash, we will call you before the order has been dispatched.

Pricing and Availability;
We always strive hard to ensure the price and availability of the product are regularly updated so the customer does not face any botheration. However, errors can occur occasionally.
If you order something and the price has been changed, we will let you know the updated price and ask you for a reconfirmation of the order. You can either choose the product at the revised price or cancel it. In case we cannot contact you, we will assume the deal has been canceled. If you have paid online and later cancel the order, you can get a complete refund through your original method of payment.

Securing Your Personal Information:
We at PLUTO also assure you that all of the information collected from our website will be safe and secure. We use the latest technologies to ensure that our system is not hacked or misused and the data is not breached at any cost. We also delete and destroy your data when the information is no longer needed for us.
Changes to the Privacy Policy:
Make sure you do come back on PLUTO and view the privacy policy often. We may modify or change our policies at any time and to ensure the smooth operation of things, you must be aware of the changes taking place on the website protocols.
Product:
We at PLUTO have the right to alter the price, delivery charges, and item details for any products. We can add or remove charges, and product specifications whenever we want. We make sure to present the pictures and images of the products listed on the website as close to the real stuff as possible.
PLUTO has the right over all the pictures or glitches in the picture and cannot ensure that all the images are exactly like the products. Sometimes, the size, shape, and colors of the image alter as per the device/phone/laptop you have been using. Do not take it as the exact sample of what you receive.
Retention Of Title:
You will not own the products and goods unless you pay 100% of the price
Scam :
In case of any scam, it will be completely and wholly sent to the government and PLUTO observes a legal right to end the order if there is any mistrust or misbehavior under the contract.
Termination:
In case of breach of any rules and regulations, PLUTO also possesses the legal right to terminate your account and cease your profile. If you have violated the terms of use, your order will be canceled without any information.
User Content:
PLUTO website includes user-generated content material that is taken from social media marketing applications. There is no requirement to follow any rules regarding that content which includes pictures, videos, images, etc. The content produced by users is not the responsibility of PLUTO.
